How can I get my home/apartment weatherized to make it feel more comfortable and to lower my energy bills?

Mass Save® is a statewide energy efficiency program. They offer free home energy assessments to evaluate opportunities to save you energy and money and make your home more comfortable and healthier. They’ll also seal air leaks in your home at no cost and will insulate your home, covering 75% of the cost, up to a maximum of $2,000 in subsidies. Call 1-866-527-7283 for more information about the program or to schedule a home energy assessment. You can also look at their website for a complete list of their programs:http://www.masssave.com.
