PermitsFiling Requirements and Permit Applications The following permits are available for download in Microsoft Word (word) format or in pdf format (to be read with Adobe Acrobat Reader). Approval Not Required Plan (to divide land not subject to approval under Subdivision Control Law)
- Completed Form A application signed by property owner word|pdf
- Mylar and four paper copies of plan
- Fee of $50 and $25 for each buildable lot (or minimum of $50), payable to Town of Montague
Special Permit/Site Plan Review
- Completed Special Permit/Site Plan Review application word|pdf
- Application Checklist for Special Permit & Site Plan Review word|pdf
- 12 copies of plans and supporting documents
- Fee of $50 for a special permit; $200 plus $2.00 per parking space for site plan review; plus $3.00 for each "party in interest" listed to a maximum of $100, payable to the Town of Montague.
