The Montague Planning Board has general responsibility for land use planning and development in the Town. The Board develops, maintains and revises the Town's Comprehensive Plan, Zoning By-laws and Subdivision Regulations. It issues special permits for large industrial developments and driveways serving more than one home, and reviews plans for division of land and creation of roads. Meetings - Generally 2nd and 4th Tuesdays, 6:30 pm
Select Board Meeting Room, Town Hall, One Avenue A, Turners Falls, MA - Deadlines to submit business:
- Approval Not Required Plan: 5 days before meeting
- Special permit & Site Plan Review applications: 21 days before meeting
