Make Our Community Cleaner
RECYCLE Keep these materials together and separate from commingled materials: - Paper back & phone books-remove covers.
- Junk mail-remove plastic windows & wrappings.
- Box board- cereal, shoe, and cracker boxes... remove plastic liner. No waxed paper.
- Newspaper/Inserts
- Brown paper bags
- White and color paper
- Computer paper
- Corrugated cardboard-flatten,remove tape and string.
- NO waxed cardboard
- All paper and cardboard must be clean and dry, cardboard maximum size 2" x 3".
- NO soda or beer 6 pack holders, pizza boxes or egg cartons or Styrofoam.
- No shredded paper.
- Rinse and keep these materials together and seperate from paper products.
- Glass bottles, jars, all colors and sizes.
- No broken glass, light bulbs, windows, auto glass, dishes or Pryex.
- Aluminum, tin/steel cans and lids.
- No paint, aerosol cans or other metal items.
- All plastic bottles, jars, tubs, microwave trays, containers, remove lids, pumps and wrap.
- No plastic bags, containers over 2 gallons, chemical/foam containers or flower pots.
- No motor oil containers of any type.
- Milk and juice cartons (tent top), drink boxes.
- Curbside pick-up will be every week on the same day as your regular trash collection.
- Must be at curbside by 7:00 a.m.
RECYCLE CENTER FEESFees must be paid by check or money order.
- Sofas, Chairs, Bureaus, Rugs, ETC. - $15.00.
- Mattress, Box spring - $20.00.
- Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Freezers, Dehumidifiers - $15.00.
- Microwave Ovens - $5.00.
- TV's, Computers, Monitors, Key Boards, VCR's, ETC. - $7.00
- Large TV's (27" Screen or Larger/Consoles) - $10.00.
- Pool Liners, Small - $20.00, Large - $30.00.
- Demo. - $60.00 cu. yd. With Demo Permitt from Highway Dept. - $10.00.
- Tires - Car, Pick Up Truck - $6.00, Large Truck - $10.00. Must be off the rims and no Heavy Equipment Tires.
- Propane Tanks - $5.00.
- Flourescent Bulbs - 4ft. - .50 each, over 4ft. - $1.00 each.
- Ballast - $5.00 each.
- Brush - $12.00 cu. yd.
- Grass, Leaves and Garden Compost - No Charge.
- Clean Used Motor Oil - No Charge.
- Clean Metal - No Charge.
NO PAINT OR HAZARDOUS MATERIAL.- Hours are: Wed. 7:00 am. - 2:30 pm., Sat. 7:00am. - 12:00 pm.
